  Jessica Bank is the events coordinator at AWCCI; she is currently working on the four regional forums and networking events to be hosted by Deborah Hutton across regional/rural Australia and several other events yet to be announced. Jessica is also currently completing her Business Administration Degree in Event Management at the International College of Management in association with Macquarie University.

Jessica is a founding director of Ignite Spirit Australasia, a new form of entertainment called 'Spirit Showsport'; it combines dance, cheerleading and acrobatics with all the elements of a show.

 Irena Chen is a student at the University of Melbourne doing a double major in Arts and Economics. She is a self-motivated and well-organised person. Irena is working on several policy papers for the AWCCI concerning issues of importance to women business owners; Irena has many ideas on how to make the best out of the resources available. Her dream is to own a consulting company that defends equal rights enjoyed for both men and women.

  Cherry Zhou is a motivated and highly responsible individual. She graduated from the University of Sydney with a major in Business Information System. Whilst studying for her degree, she successfully combined her studies with work and other commitments. She is a self-driven and motivated individual; well organised and capable of working under pressure. Cherry is strategic and has a practical approach to problem solving; she thoroughly enjoys completing projects. As an intern at the AWCCI she assisted the CEO in a variety of areas.
